Nick Scroggins has served as Director of Bands at New Albany High School in New Albany, IN since 2021.  Prior to this position, he taught at Parkview Middle School for 7 years.

Mr. Scroggins has performed in a variety of venues and settings across the continental United States and Europe.  His performance experience stretches across a wide range of genres, including bands (symphonic and marching), orchestra, big-band jazz, chamber ensembles, pit performances (opera and musicals), and more.  He is currently a member of the solo cornet section in the Commonwealth Brass Band (New Albany, IN) and regularly works as a freelance musician in the Kentuckiana area.
